Hi my name is Lesley. I am 47, a single mum and assistant head teacher. I am back after a very long absence. I need to exercise (boo) and not come up with excuses and to eat less rubbish!! I'd be grateful for some friends to give encouragement thanks x

    Me too! I'm 49 and just finishing week one of a eat healthy and move more plan. Got a fair bit of weight to lose so need encouragement and happy to give some!!!
