Looking to initially lose 35 more pounds!

Hello:

My name is Rich. I am on my 7th day dieting and just lost 4.8 pounds my first week! I currently weigh about 235 and am looking to get down to 200 lbs. Then when I'm at 200 I'll see where I want to go from there.

I'm just looking for friends to stay motivated and challenged.

I currently exercise about 20 minutes 6 days per week walking on a treadmill.
