Hello again

So I am back after a bit of a time away. There have been some changes since I was last here the two biggest being that I have moved and I had a baby! I only gained 9lbs during my pregnancy and at a week postpartum I am already down 17 so I am feeling pretty good about myself right now. I do have a long way to go though to get to a healthy weight, about 30lbs or so. I would love to meet other new moms or women with a similar weight loss goal as me. As of right now, I have yet to be cleared for exercise by my doctor so I am taking it easy with short walks with my son but it isn't too early to eat healthy. I am hoping with healthy eating, breastfeeding and eventually exercise it wont be long before I am feeling great in my own skin.

    Eating is half the battle. I am a mother of 3 My last was born 18 months ago. I hit a plateau a while back and finally i kicked my *kitten* in gear.
