    It has to happen. Why?
Healthy weight loss is c 1-2lb a week, but your body enjoy.

Is that you currently in your profile pic? You don't look like you could drop 19 more pounds and still look healthy. How long have you been without a loss?

21 lbs in 1 month means you lost a lot of water weight, some muscle, and likely not very much fat.

Now that you have no more water left to lose, your weight loss has stopped.

If you try to keep up this trend, you will end up in hospital in July, hooked up to an IV, where you will more than likely gain all of our weight back, if not more.

There are a lot of things up with that... Weight loss isn't linear... You're not going to post big losses every week. Some weeks you may not lose much.

You likely dropped mostly water weight the first couple of weeks and that's gonna give you bigger losses than dropping fat.

A healthy rate of weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week and as you have less to lose, 1/2 to 1 pound a week, especially if you're a smaller person.

If you're physically able, add some exercise to your routine - walking, basic yoga, etc if you can't do higher impact. Exercise will help weight loss, too and help you feel better.
