Do you have any? I'm looking to build a motivational routine during the day. I'd like to be able to have songs at the ready to play when my resolve is ebbing.
I have one that I like to listen to. Mandisa - Overcomer. GREAT SONG! Highly motivating.
Please share your favorite motivational song.

Best Of You-The Foo Fighters
18 & Life-Skid Row1 -
There's an app called FIT radio that I downloaded and I'm obsessed! It's all kinda of upbeat mixes that are perfect for working out, but I listen to it in my car in the mornings to get me pumped up for my day too!1

Carry on - Fun0
-
Billy Idol - Rebel Yell
I know it's an oldie, but I play it every time I go for a run.1 -
Pretty much the entire Transformers the Movie soundtrack (animated film from the 80s). It has what I like to call inspirational metal. Dare, You've Got The Touch, Nothings Gonna Stand in Our Way, etc.0

Anything by Rage Against the Machine. E-pro, by Beck, Hollow Moon by Awolnation1

I too vouch for Rage Against the Machine!1

My song choices are usually all over the place, but they work for me. Here are some of them:
It's My Life by Bon Jovi (always gets me pumped and ready face any challenge)
Per Tyrssons döttrar i Vänge by falconer (although I don't understand a word, but something about those bass guitar undertones makes me want to run faster - it has some sense of urgency and horror)
Bicycle Race by Queen (I just find it funny when, you guessed it, I ride my bike)
Down Under by Men At Work (makes me laugh, what a happy song! Life is beautiful and I'm ready to enjoy every breath)
Symphony Of Destruction by Megadeth (makes me feel powerful for some reason)
Maria by Blondie (brings out something interesting out of me, hard to explain)
Seven Drunken Nights by The Dubliners (trying to do pushups and other body weight to the rhythm while trying not to laugh is extremely entertaining)
Chapter V by Estatic Fear (not the most upbeat song but puts me in such an atmosphere that extracts such energy out of me I nearly don't recognize myself)
The Bad Touch by Bloodhound Gang (reminds me of my silly teen years which fills me with youth and energy)

Killing Fields - Sabaton, great pacing.
Me Against the World - Simple Plan, I'm a F**kup, chorus suits me fine.0 -
Shake or Greater by MercyMe
Love Take Me Over by Steven Curtis Chapman1 -
I can't lose - Keyone (great song off of Mark Ronsons new album)0
-
WOW! I forgot I posted this! Thanks for the songs everyone!!!0

I see that this is an old thread, but I'm glad to see it active again. I'm bookmarking it so I can come and find some good music!
I like a lot of different types of music, so my list is pretty eclectic.
Current faves are:
Cheap Thrills - Sia
Uptown Funk - Bruno Mars
Toxic - Britney Spears
Fight Song - Rachel Platten
and always a good time:
Flashdance - What a feeling by Irene Cara
Anything from the Footloose soundtrack
many others, too numerous to list.

Kenny Logins - Danger zone
Survivor - Eye of the tiger
Bon Jovi - It's my life, Living on a prayer
GnR - Welcome to the jungle, You could be mine
Toto - Hold the line
Bonnie Tyler - Holding out for a hero, Band of Gold
Tine Turner - Proud Mary, We don't need another hero, Steel claw
Mettalica - Enter sandman, Roam, of Wolf and Man, For whom the bells toll
AC/DC - Thunderstruck, Highway to hell, Hells bells
Nightwish - Over the hills, Kinslayer
Beastie boys - Sabotage
Any soundtrack from the eighties and nineties. The bigger and more bombastic, the better.
There's a lot more (my cell phone has over 600 songs on it), but that's what comes to mind right now1 -
Fancy by Iggy Azalea - this is my post-run "swagger around the track for a cooldown lap" song1
