Let's face it, although this is an internal process for our health, we focus on the external results and most of the time...not very lovingly. So....for today look in the mirror and pick out one thing about your body that you love.

I feel like I should say some part of my body which has improved from eating healthily or exercising, but the funbags have always been my favourite bit.

Too soon for me to find anything to love, but when I am at my best weight, I love my clavicles....aka collar bones. When I see them......I know I am in a good place!0
