Kick April's Butt with 3 Small Things----New Friends

Would love to have new people join the challenge group to focus on 3 Things in April. When you are starting a new healthy lifestyle it's easy to get overwhelmed...for this group you choose 3 Things to work on and report daily about those.
Examples from past have been flossing, eat 5 fruits and vegetables, exercise daily, read, meditate, no f'bombs, share positives, share compliment with yourself. Really ....there is no wrong answer.

What 3 Things could you do to improve your life by the end of April?

6 gallons of water a week, logging food daily, getting physical at least 4 times a week0

I'd love to join! My three things would be:
- Drink at least 8 cups of water a day
- NO negative self-talk (no "I'm Fat" "I'm ugly" "I cant do it" etc....)
- Get at least 5,000 steps in each day (track with my FitBit!)

sending invite!!!! Those are great goals!!! (I previously tried that No negative self-talk...it was a bit shocking how many days I did NOT succeed....so important to be nice to ourselves!)0

Hi there It may be hard for me to remember to come back to this thread to update, but I am going to make my goals anyways:
-After a bout of a cold, I am setting a goal of making it to the gym or OUTSIDE at a minimum of 3x a week(with the added requirement of meeting 7,000 steps daily)
-Sweets will only be consumed after dinner, and after seeing what is in my food log(if it's too bad, then the sweets will have to wait a day!)
-Water, water, water. 9cups or more a day!0 -

I having difficulties gettong focused since returning from a trip. I love the stay positive! My 3 things are: say 2 positives per day to self, log food, challenge self in gym. I would love to join.0

Hi, R_Queenie! I'm three-days old and definitely need help. I'm so hungry! I have none of the "good" foods here; just the full-fat, full-sugar, high-carb foods. I can't afford to replace all the bad stuff until they're used up, so I'm spending hours every day planning meals. My focus is on carbs, fat, and sugar, as I was recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes and put on insulin. However, I'm not getting enough calories or protein. I don't know what to do. Therefore:
What 3 Things could you do to improve your life by the end of April?
1. I want to make it to the end of April.
2. I want my blood sugar (fasting and 2-hours post-meal) to be "normal," whatever that is.
3. I want to get down to 184 pounds (I'm now 192.8).
