Hi everyone! I'm toying with the idea of joing Goodlife this week and was just looking for some feedback from people who go to my local gyms. Is there anyone here on MFP who go to the Goodlife gyms in Dartmouth NS? I've never set foot in a gym, I'm 47 and have about 60 more pounds to lose. I am super nervous about going to the gym and have no idea what to expect but its something I know will benefit me if I get past my nervousness.
