this is my first bikini competition. I'll b 5weeks out on Saturday. I starting leaning out a few weeks ago. I was looking really good. I was definitely on a roll. But now, it's like I'm hungry ALL the time! I started my monthly an d a week before is when I started to really crab ANYTHING w carbs. So now I'm back on carbs but I feel like I'm just gaining. Maybe it's the water weight too. But I feel horrible. How do I get back to that shredded state again

    What are your macros right now? I always gain a few during that time of the month and anytime you increase your carb intake when your body isn't used to it you will hold a little water. Make sure you are chugging the water (at least a gallon a day) and cut back on salting your food if you are.
