Hi everyone,
My name is Stephanie and I am new to this page. I am very excited to have "myfitnesspal" on my side through this journey.
I am having a big issue eating clean/healthy while excersing.
When I was younger, I was very active and never had to worry about my weight or eating habits. If anything, I could have gained weight
Now that I have a career and still in school part-time, I am less active and have gained a lot of weight.
I have tried multiple programs for "eating clean" (ex. 21 day fix) and I could not keep up with the eating schedule and meal preparing/planning EVERY week/day.
I try to go to the gym atleast 2-3 times a week and I have set a goal for myself that I need to lose about 20lbs in 30 day before I do the Warrior Dash (5k obstable course) .
My biggesst issue is eating!!!
If anyone has any advise or motivation for me to stay on track, add me as a friend

Welcome! My biggest issue is eating too! You will find lots of helpful tips here. There are no "quick fixes", you have to make changes, although you don't have to change everything all at once. It is hard but you can do it.0

Hey,
Thanks for sharing. I had horrible eating habits too and never thought it would catch up to me. Well, it did a couple of years ago. I finally did something about it. I began dieting and going to the gym religiously. Admittedly, I was stricter than I really needed to be. Lately, I've been giving myself a bit more leeway. The goal is to still be able to enjoy food that I love, but in moderation. That's why I got into flexible dieting. I have only been on MFP for a week straight and I'm enjoying it so far. Tracking keeps me occupied and accountable.
I can't speak to your personal weight loss goal because everyone is different. Just make sure it's healthy. I would love to do obstacle courses. That's a great idea. I'll have to look for some in my area!0
