Hi!!! There are quite a few of us on here.

I've been Crossfitting 2-3 times a week for 8 months now!! I have gotten so strong and I love it! I gained about 5 pounds since then but it is all muscle! I actually decreased my body fat 3% when I did an 8-week Paleo challenge back in November. I'm not doing Paleo now, though I try to eat as healthy as possible, with lots of protein (1 gram per lean body weight which I estimate at 88 pounds), lots of fruits and veggies, limited starches but I can't give up dairy, its such a staple for me.

I used to only be able to deadlift 25 pounds, now I can deadlift 135. I couldn't do a pullup or a pushup to save my life but now I can do at least 30 pushups in a row, and 5 kipping pullups in a row without assistance (if I do anymore than that I use a resistance band to help).

I seriously love it!! I wouldn't be where I am today without it!

Crossfitting almost 11 months 4-5 times a week.

I'm following a Primal/zone type of diet. I did go Paleo 30 days in November and dropped 6 pounds, but it's too rigid for me and for my needs... plus I love cheese way too much

What can I say about Crossfit - it's a community of like minded individuals, you come together as one and cheer each other through the WOD's. I've since made some really strong friendships and almost feel like a little part of me dies when I can't go in on any given day.

As Diamond mentioned - it's the best way to get strong, fast. 4 months ago I was deadlifting 185, 2 months later 220, recently a 240. Wow, I don't know any other program that can build your strength, endurance like CrossFit can.

I've been doing CrossFit religiously, 3x a week since November. I've lost about 8 lbs, and who knows how many inches. It's truly changed my life and my outlook on what true fitness is. I can do things I never thought possible- pullups, pushups, heavy lifts etc. I love the variety, every day is something different.
