5'4 157lbs on week 5 of Kayla Istines BBG 1.0

Hey Everyone,

I am currently on week 5 of Kayla's BBG 1.0 and looking for friends that are on this same journey. I am not currently doing her health food guide, but I am trying to be more health conscious in my food choices. I am not the best at the guide and usually only able to complete arms/abs and legs plus one maybe two days of cardio. Is anyone else like me where it is actually very tough?

    Just starting week 5 as of today :) I'm only doing the exericses, not the food guide. There are definitely workout days that are tougher than others, but over all i've found it to be manageable... sometimes i just have to adjust/modify the workouts (i.e. i do commandos on my knees). I've found it super helpful to set up an instagram account and follow the other girls on there, and post my meals and workouts to make myself accountable and keep motivated.
