TRX or RIP60 suspension training

How do we log those kind of exercises

never used a suspension, but if your doing sets and reps work then log it as search strength training or weight lifting under cardio and log the number of minutes... that's what most people do for weight training anyway0

Depends. I've taken a few TRX classes and some were just TRX which I would log as strength. Others were more circuit since they had conditioning drills built in and I would log only half my workout time as circuit training because the "burn" in the database was very high and I didn't want to eat back too much.

Love TRX for many things in my workout plans. They're amazing for abs and lunges. Others as well but those two I do without fail.0
