Chicken Parm BURGERS?!?!?!?! No sa you say!
I made up this little thing last week on our annual "Time to UNSTOCK the house". You see every fall (even though we are in the South now), I stock stock stock for a long cold winter. Fill the cupboards, bake and cook tons and freeze whole meals and individual servings and little nibbles for lunches, nights when I'm busy/sick, and drop in company. A weekly soup pot for a dinner or two, my lunches, and a little for the freezer. Not to mention when a sale hits, I buy times 3 to have on hand. All goes back to being raised post New England Blizzard of 78.
Then Spring comes, we eat lighter food, and eventually even though we use our stock, its uneven and the freezer maxes out. With warm temps and softball/UGH allergy season, I start to clean this place out. I limit grocery shopping to an as needed basis, and we make any remaing roasts and use up the frozen meals. There is also a little game of CHOPPED in my kitchen as I set out a counter of stuff and have it.

The best part of this- WAY neater to eat than a traditional parm sandwich with its sloppy sauce!

There were also SUPER easy... I forgot to mention I only had an hour to make dinner, clean up, and get out of here because my daughter had a softball game and these were done in a SNAP. I'd say 5 minutes to make, 15 tops to cook :big smile:.0
