So I have been eating 1,200 calories a day (my goal) I have been eating healthy but also been eating unhealthy but only 2-3 times a week. I have been doing excercise everyday for 20-30 minutes. Will I lose 1 stone in a month? If not how long will it take?

Unless you weight an awful lot, it isn't likely. You haven't given us enough information to answer your question.

14 pounds in one month is possible but not like that. "unhealthy" 2-3 times a week has an accumulative effect (2 steps forward 3 back) especially if those days provide a surplus of calories and salt.

Under 200lbs, no unless you're willing to waste some lean muscle along the way and do some extreme calorie deficit.

Over 200lbs, maybe. The more you weight, the more you can lose safely based on percentages. That's why VLCD can be prescribed for obese people, but would not even be thought of for someone only needing to lose like 15lbs.

if you're obese, could be possible the first month. if not, nope. just aim for a pound a week. you probably didn't put on that weight in a month, it's not going to come off in a month.

Whats a stone? I see the number change from 14-15 so I am assuming that is it. With out doctor supervision, over three pounds a week can be unsafe and very hard to do safely.
If it is 15 pounds, 8 weeks would be about 1.8 pounds lose a week.

My sister lost a stone this month! She had a 7lb baby and lost the rest in water weight and general pregnant swollen stuff.

It's hard to say without knowing any of your stats (height, weight, age, sex, etc).

However, with that being said, according to your profile you only have 28 lbs to lose. Having an aggressive goal (ie 2 lbs/week) isn't appropriate for that.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

But anyhow, going by the max healthy amount of 2 lbs/week, that would be 8 lbs in a month. You *might* lose more that that with the initial water lost, but it's impossible to know if that would come out to 14 lbs or not.
