Counting calories, throwing up, help?

I had a pretty queasy stomach this morning, so I stuck with my vitamins and some water. Later on, around 11-12, I had some breakfast, and was fine sipping on a protein shake and water until around 3:30. Then we had lunch at 4, (steaks and soup) and I wasn't too hungry, but ate anyways because "everyone was at the table and it was time to eat". I also stop eating after 6, so I thought oh well why not.
I felt fine until I got up from the table 35 minutes later. I felt sick and had a headache. Then within 5 minutes or less I threw up everything, and (sorry, TMI) I saw my breakfast. Then I sat there for 2 minutes literally smelling a lemon and holding whatever breakfast I had left in.

How do I log these calories!? Do I log them at all?
I'm sorry for anyone I might have grossed out, :s

I logged a day where I threw up and just figured my body would know the difference. There's no way to calculate what you might have digested and what you didn't.

Be surprised at your nice loss for the week.

Only that your deficit will likely be higher than you anticipate because you threw up. So down the line you might get a nice surprise on the scale.

If I'm throwing up sick, I don't bother to log anything. Make a note in your food diary and rest up.

You will have absorbed a good part of your carbohydrates from breakfast. The steak, not so much. Log it, make a note in your diary, and call it a day.

I would not worry about being accurate today. I assume you are not eating more for today?
You could log what you did eat and just add a note to your diary that you vomited after the last meal.

I already logged my breakfast, so that's def in. I'll log the lunch/dinner and put a note, thanks everyone.
