No self control!

Hello!

I'm 5ft and around 9 and a half stone. I'm constantly struggling with self control but I really need to make a change in my life and I'm looking to make healthy choices and tone up. I'm looking for a movitation mate and a beast mode buddy.

    Hey there, I'm Emily, and it sounds like we're having some of the same issues. I'm working on only keeping good foods around my apartment, and am trying to limit the binging and have some self-control. We're in this together :)

    Thank you! I need to get rid of all the horrible food in the apartment too. I have a massive issue about waste and it's hard to throw things away. I think I'm going to take it to the local food bank we have here. Let's do this ;) x

    I will be in it with you guys! I am really trying hard to get control of my snacking. My husband is a bad influence who brings home ice cream and candy. I want to wear a bathing suit in public this year for the first time in 2 years. Let's help each other!!
