Hey! I have made a decision to be good to myself, as in treating me as I would my best friend. I had already written down every morsel and found this site as I was searching for calorie counts for certain foods. I think this might be what I need.

    Same here! Going to try and track it all. I hope it motivates me to exercise so I can earn calories to eat!

    Nice! Good luck! I have been on 7 days with no loss, even though I'm under cals - so I'm trying low sugar specifically. It feels like my 'first day.' Figure out what works for you and go for it :)

    Stick with it Martha. I've only been doing it 6 weeks and I'm down over 15 lbs (weighed a lot to begin with so its easier). I like numbers so it appeals to me, almost like a game.
