hey I'm Teagan people call me fat so I want to loose 20kg I have already lost 0.7 and I only started yesterday

    Do you call yourself fat? Make sure you are losing weight for you, not because other people don't approve of you. If you are doing it for the right reasons, good luck to you. Log everything you eat and drink for a couple of days and pick the trends in your eating so you know what needs to be improved on.
