Taking on Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred

Started following a routine from pinterest; 4 days a week of JM and 2 days of cardio for 30 minutes. 10 days of each level of DVD. Upset that there's no input for exercises done on DVD. Going to have to watch it and record what's done.

    I've 1 lbs per day so far. I fear that i'll plateau too soon and give up. Hope i get some encouragement to keep going.
