    Hummus on a rice cake! Depending on the hummus and rice cake, it should be under 95 calories. Or what someone else suggested, the laughing cow on a rice cake or a couple of crackers, maybe?

    Take a walk. Do some FitTV. Hit the gym. Burn some calories and earn some dinner.

    Depends on where you're at: If you are on the East Coast and your day is almost over, I would drink some water and call it a day. If you are on the West Coast (like me and it's only 4:24pm) and you need to eat dinner still and don't have enough calories, maybe work out a bit so you and get some more then do a really low cal dinner.

    I only have 65 left and there is a HUGE salad with my name on it ... lots of greens, some tomato slices and carrot strips with a small dash of dressing oughta do it ... Gotta have SOMETHING for dinner.

    This. Unless you're REALLY hungry. Then have a glass of skim milk or some string cheese. But if you mean that you only have 95 cal left for the day, and you haven't eaten dinner yet, you could do a big salad/veggies for that amt. of cal.

    My bad. I'm on the West Coast. Maybe you already had dinner. I'd leave those cals on the table. If you want something, 1/2 a bag of Pop Secret Homestyle popcorn is 70 cals.
