Calories from strength/tone excerise

I record my cardio cals, as it's easy to see what I've burnt. However recently I've started doing more strength and tone excerise, he however it doesn't suggest cals burnt....any ideas? Or best to leave as no cals.

I am not sure either. I am also hoping for an answer.
I am just keeping it as error calories lol that if I over estimate my calories burned or the amount of calories eaten then I have those to fall back on, but they can add up. But hoping to find out to fix my logs.0 -
You can log it under the cardio section as strength training, circuit training or calisthenics (depending on your style of workout).
You will get a modest amount of calories as strength training doesn't burn a huge amount.0
