I need help trying to find good workouts to do with bad arch support in my right foot... I stand at my job for 8 hours a day on hard tile floor with no padding or mats. I'm trying not to overdo it but sometime my right foot really bothers me. any advice on best workouts without overdoing it but still get a good workout in?

If your arch is bad, it's probably more to do with the shoes you're wearing.

I have the same issue, I have inserts that go into flat shoes or you can buy shoes with arch support. really struggle with standing up for long periods of time so do sympathise.

I recently started the c25k program. I have never been a runner and come to find out I have flat feet. I hurt my right ankle due to this but now with proper shoes and inserts my ankle is much better. Good luck.

I suffer from Plantar fasciitis which has got steadily worse over three years or so, I've had steroid injections in both heels, of which it has only really worked in one so after seeing another specialist I no longer run so swim a great deal more and spin classes are a sweaty godsend. I also have to wear crocs at home (ugly but so comfortable) and hopefully one day they will have heeled enough to be able to run fully on again
