Almost where I want to be. 40 lbs lost.

I started at 220 and now I'm at 181. Still have some fat to get rid of, but looking at where I started and where I am now makes me feel excited. I feel better, sleep better, and I am starting to enjoy working out.

I plan my meals and pack them the day before so I am not tempted to make poor food choices. Hopefully I'll be at my goal in the next few months.
