Any daily leg workout at home ideas?

Hi so I go to the gym daily, but it's not till late afternoon or evening due to my husbands job and my kiddos. So while I'm at home I like to try some at home workouts. I use to love them when I lost weight a few years ago.
I'm just trying to come up with an everyday workout for arms and especially my legs. Any ideas?
Thanks!!

It's not to be done daily.0 -
Make sure to get your rest days! If you workout everyday, you'll just wear yourself out. Don't do legs everyday too, unless its a full body workout. You gotta give your body rest to work your body properly.0

50 bodyweight squats a day.0

I like Tracy Anderson, BarreAmped--they really focus on the legs and glutes. Otherwise, I put on my ankle weights and do some leg lifts, lunges, walk with incline on the treadmill, or a dvd with the weights on. The Firm workouts include "plyos" (jumping squats) those really work the legs and glutes:)0

How many should I be doing? 20 pounds away from my goal weight, I'm 140 and my goal is 1200

Lunges are so hard for me haha I need to get use to them0

Tuck Jumps
Toe Touchers (Straight legs – kick leg out infront and touch with opposite hand)
Squat Twists x3 (30 seconds each)
30 second rest
Walking Push Ups x 20
Up/Down Planks x 20
Lunge Kicks x 30
30second rest
30secs Burpees
30secs Speed Squats
1min Mountain Climbers
45second rest
Tuck Jumps
Toe Touchers
Squat Twists (30 seconds each)
30second rest
1min side shuffles
30 sec running zombies
40 sec high knees
This is a decent workout, a lot of legs and cardio in there.0 -

Put your kid on your back and do your squats. As they get bigger, you will get stronger. Built in progress.
