30 day shred and other work outs

how does the 30 day shred do with other work outs? I'm supplementing it with spinning and toning/dance cardio classes. How many times a week should I be doing 30ds if I also went to incorporate these work outs. Thanks!

30 Day Shred is high impact cardio with some light strength training thrown in. The toning/dance class sounds similar....I'm not sure. Spinning is just more cardio. Your workouts sound a little heavy on the cardio. Just make sure you are getting a decent amount of strength training to help you keep lean muscle.

I measured my caloire burn on the shred, and on days I burn thatmuch or more doing something else I drop the Shred workout.0
