Well I never really post much on the forums, but this is something I'm really proud about so I thought I would share this with you guys. I started out May 2014 at 325 pounds. I was 19 and in horrible shape. Well me and my room mate decided we were going to get ourselves into a healthy life style, and we did. I started tracking calories and exercising regularly! I have lost 126.8 pounds in a little under a year! I know I am not a complete success yet but I thought I would post this anyways! I want to lose another 48 pounds and I will be at my goal of 150lbs! I could not have done this without MyFitnessPal and my friends on here!
