How treadmill and prayer cleared my acne!

January of 2006, my acne had gotten severely worst. I was sent to dermatologist after dermatologist and no one was able to fix it. The acne was on my face and back of my neck where the hair line ends. It was so severe that I lost so much blood, I had to take iron pills to keep up.
I was out in extereme antibiotics, including minocycline, tetracycline, amoxil, clindamycin, clauvulin and many others that I dont even remember their names. The acne would get better while I was taking these and within three weeks it would return. My doctors told me about the last resort, Acutane. But I was not convinced, that I had to take the risk of taking acutane just as yet.
I went through all this for a couple of years, then I found a herbal doctor, who gave me some herbal stuff, which made my acne worst, I almost had to be hospitalized to get rid of it.
Throughout all of this trouble, I would loose weight and then gain it back.
About 7 months ago, I went to see my doctor for one such visit and he insisted, I should keep taking tetracycl. to maintain my cure for acne. I bought the prescription but something inside me was not convinced. MY doctor also recommended some other tests, told me I had a heart murmur, high cholestrol, pre-diabetic stage of sugar in my blood and suggested, I start injecting myself with liraglutide injections - a needle everyday into the fat in my tummy. I came home that day and decided that I will start to excercize and loose weight without any medical intervention.
When I started running, I noticed that everytime, I had sweat vigrously, my pimples seemed to get better and I had gotten less and less breakouts. I simply got addicted to the feeling and ran more often, more faster and more passionately. Seven months later, my weight has dropped from 248lbs to 213.5lbs. I have been off of medication for acne for over 7 months now and I didnt use any medical help to loose. It was a simple, eat right and run on a treadmill.
For the first time in the last 12 years, I can say that I have not had any internal antibiotics for over 7 months for my acne.
Treadmill. Running. Lots and lots and lots of water.
