WALKING GROUP - totals due Monday 2 Feb

Okay, here's the thread for my walking group/buddies.
Sorry, I have been AWOL. I had some really dark days. But I'm back.

We'll start checking in with totals - minutes, miles, or calories burned, whatever you prefer -- on Mondays.

So far I've walked 40 min this week. Not a lot, but a good start.

Hope everyone is getting some exercise

    Okay, bad night last night and no walking done but today is a new day and I'm going to get some fitness in. How about you?

    I'll add you as a friend and just keep encouraging everyone to walk and keep track. It's a fairly laid-back group. I'm keeping track of the min I walk aiming for AT LEAST 90 min a week. But you can set any goal you want.

    How are we doing. I've got a mere 85 min done so far this week, with a total of 2 days of silly 'added up' walking from various errands. However, it's still something. I'm going for a 'real' walk this afternoon to boost my numbers.

    That's awesome, owlhouse. I used to walk 120 minutes 5-6 days a week, and that's how I lost a TON of weight. Now I'm really struggling with depression and an eating disorder, and trying to work myself back up to longer walks.

    EVERYONE ... just keep encouraging each other. I'll make a new post for every Monday, so we can all report hwo much we walked last week.

    My totals this week were a mere 120 min. Imagine that, I used to walk that every day. Hmmmm. Food for thought ....
