my highest weight was somewhere around 300lbs. i lost a little on my own, but i started MFP on January 24th and have lost almost 50lbs in less than 4 months. not the greatest pics in the world....but i usually stay pretty far away from cameras. i promised myself i would post one of these around 50lbs, and here it is. i still have a long way to go, but i know i'm on the right road. this really is a lifetime thing for me, and losing weight is just a side effect of my new healthy lifestyle. OH! and i quit smoking 2 weeks ago :bigsmile:

i guess with everyone who loses weight, i don't see much of a difference except for my clothes being huge on me...but i feel great, and i can't wait to post another one of these after 50 MORE lbs so we can see a REAL difference!! :flowerforyou:
