Trying to get to my goal.

There is a long journey ahead of me. 50 pound weight loss. I'm just getting started and I need tips, such a good exercises and food tips. Well, hope you guys help motivation wise. Thanks!

    I am 3 weeks into a 60 pound goal!! But its fun to see the improvements in even a short period. Hope we both keep it up!!!

    Welcome! I've finally reached my goal weight after losing 50 pounds so I've been exactly where you're at. When it comes to exercise, it's important to choose something that you absolutely love doing. I started with Zumba but if dancing isn't your thing I would recommend any Beachbody program. I've done P90X twice, PiYo twice, and now working on P90X3 (30 minute workouts). These programs are all effective, trust me!

    As for the food, I would recommend reading the Abs Diet. It's not a strict diet or anything. It teaches you the changes you need to make in your diet long term. Stay away from the quick fad diets!

  • Thank you! Ben trying to find diets but always end up finding the quick one week diets, which are of coarse not that effective
