I take Mochatonix, my friend bought me a canister and told me how it has caffeine but without the crash. Also there's an ingredient in it that helps speed up your metabolism, meaning you burn fat faster :)

Annette hit the nail on the head here, but keep in mind that, even though you are saving calories with the sugar-free stuff, your body is still being conditioned to crave sweet things. Try to eventually step down the amount of sweetener (sugared or not); asking for half the amount of syrup is a common request of mine, and it's difficult to notice a difference when you have a flavor.
Just a note: Dunkin flavors their drinks with unsweetened flavor shots, a couple drops of liquid dispensed from a machine when the barista presses a button. I know this from working there as a teenager. So you can have any flavor, or combination of flavors, with any amount of any type of sweetener you'd like. Exceptions are of course the caramel and chocolate syrups, which I do believe come in sugar-free as well.
Making your coffee at home is usually healthier and definitely cheaper, and there a re a lot of easily available hacks for different flavors, but if you're on the go by all means run on dunkin'.
