85 down!!! 25 to go!!!!

I started my journey in january of 2014. I was 250 lbs and miserable. It was getting hard to walk. i didn't want to do anything but sit and eat and be miserable. I saw this running challenge that was 1 mile a day for a year. so i decided to do my own. 2 miles a day for 100 days. i lost roughly 25 lbs almost right away, and then i picked up an all plant base diet. I'm at 165 now and i want to get to 140, (Which is a healthy weight for my height) i'm looking for inspiration and strength. I did this all myself, no trainers. just research, hard work, and passion to be healthy. :) thank you

    That is so awesome. Congratulations. I was trying to think of something to do when I don't do kettle bell my 3 days a week. That gave me a ideal.
