50 something needing to lose 50

I'm in my 50's and need to lose 50-60 pounds. This is day 2. Tracking helps a lot but it would be nice to have an accountability group to check in with. Anybody want to join me on this journey? I am starting at 221 and want to get to 160 or below by the end of the year. Who's with me?

    I'm in! 53 year old, 209 lbs, eventual goal in the 150's. Day one for me. Good start but I thought about food ALL day.
