Things I have caught myself doing this week:

Trying to scan a disposable coffee cup into my diary under Breakfast

Weighing the dog's dry food (I only caught myself when I was like "wait, how much does 3/4 cup weigh again?")

Aww, c'mon. Nobody else is accidentally weighing stuff they don't intend to eat?

LOL not yet. I do spend too much time on here, but that isn't a symptom for me.

I look at the nutrition label of foods that I can't even eat (because of Celiac Disease). Hmmm I wonder how many calories are in those cookies, bagels, etc.?

I grab my phone to make a call and automatically open up the app. Why am I here again?

Your husband grabs something at the supermarket and immediately hands it to you, label facing up.

You weighing the dogs food has us laughing. I don't think I could top that lol. I weigh so much stuff we might not even notice if I were to weigh our dogs food...

My kids (they are grown) automatically look at calories and protein before deciding to suggest anything for me in the store. ...and sometimes ask if it fits my calories.

You guys are awesome!! I haven't noticed any quirks yet...except that maybe I talk too much about calories that I won't eat anymore....:)

All I know is that the husband sill looks at me weird for using the measuring cups to get pudding.

    Luckily, I don't care.

I didn't weigh the dog's food but I looked at the calories for it. Just wondering how much he gets compared to me you know.

You look up calories burned reading, so you can enter "mfp forums" under exercises in your diary.

You think that cooking in an easy bake oven makes you morally superior.

I mindlessly open my app, even if I'm not eating everything, then look confused and go "wait why did I open this again?"

I then do this 4 or 5 more times throughout the day.

When you come to check comments on your status like all day! Or likes!

When your husband no longer makes you come serve yourself bc you have to measure and asks intead how much do you want me to measure out.

when you mentioned things that are said on mfp to friends and family.

When you wake up on weigh day weigh yourself 4 x before updating your loss.

when you think too much on what your next status update will be.

when you learn how to calculate half of half a portion for your calories.

when you know the calorie burn for multiple exercises by heart!

Well, I am considering starting to weigh my dog's food! She is getting old, and moving less, so starting to look a bit chubby! CICO!!

People I know have stopped buying food for me (I'm okay with that).

I've almost completely stopped eating out because I don't know how many calories it is. If I don't know the number of calories, I don't eat it. (Most of the time.)

The vet has just put my daughter's cat on a diet.... so now I'm weighing his food too.... that's starting to get some strange looks.

This is why my boyfriend keeps asking me why I haven't texted him all day. I could swear I did like 10 times. Then I go to reply and I'm back in MFP.

Just today by fiance offered me a sip of his Gatorade. I politely declined and said I'll stick to my water. He then took the amount of cals on the label and divided it into sips, concluding how many cals one sip would cost me. XD

You chose a restaurant or food to eat because it is easier to log (semi)accurately

I put the whole household on a weekly weigh-in schedule, including the pets. One cat weighs 7 lbs, the other cat weighs 21 lbs and the dog weighs 54 lbs (the dog is on a diet now).

When I can pretty much tell on my body how many calories Ive burned with various exercise and just quick adding extra cals on days I'm more active. I've maintained for over a year doing this and my estimates seem pretty spot on now

(I wore a heart rate monitor for nearly every workout for the first two years, and never got around to getting a new one when it broke)

That reminds me. I need to write my congressman about switching to the metric system. Seeing how I am a big deal and all I would expect a bill to be introduced within the next few days.

I found my self adding ever food I might eat from restaurants into a single meal so I can add it to my list and delete what I don't eat which is faster than looking stuff up.

When you have to tell yourself "FOR F* SAKE, GET OFF MFP AND GO WORKOUT!". That and when you look at nutrition labels on foods before eating them to make sure they fit into your goals lol. I love this website.
