I had brisket, mixed grains with onions and bacon, sauteed mushrooms, and a salad of romaine. To hungry to take a picture tonight...
I saved 400 calories for booze and dessert.0 -

I had (for the second night in a row!): a toasted a andwhich with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, veganaise and an egg! Sliced a boiled egg last night and fried an egg tonight. This is my new fave!0

I made a beef and veggie soup last week, I'm having it with a cup of quinoa/brown rice mix, a thai salad and a piece of bread. And a glass of wine.

Corn - Sweet, yellow, raw, 36 g

Carrots - Raw, 32 g(s)
Maharajah's Choice - Dhal Tadka, 141.5 g
It was both yummy and filling!!
