    I barbecued a chicken breast stuffed with Jack cheese and green chilies and then wrapped it in bacon. A salad. Two servings of ice cream. one beer.

    I had (for the second night in a row!): a toasted a andwhich with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, veganaise and an egg! Sliced a boiled egg last night and fried an egg tonight. This is my new fave!

    I made a beef and veggie soup last week, I'm having it with a cup of quinoa/brown rice mix, a thai salad and a piece of bread. And a glass of wine.

    Why yes I ate back every single exercise calorie, and it was amazing.

    I cooked some chicken with a little salt and garlic, and then let it soak in some salsa with taco seasoning mixed in. and some rice. cause I'm lazy

    Woolworths Chicken Mince - Chicken Mince, 115 g 
    Coles - 90 Seconds Basmati Rice, 106 g 
    Corn - Sweet, yellow, raw, 36 g 
    Beans - Snap, green, raw, 45 g(s) 
    Carrots - Raw, 32 g(s) 
    Maharajah's Choice - Dhal Tadka, 141.5 g

    It was both yummy and filling!! :)

    Oh, and the veg were steamed.
  • shrimp with roasted pineapple habanero sauce (gotta love Costco)
    basmati rice
    steamed baby potato and veggie blend

    YUM!! And a total of only 259 calories!!

    I had honey chipotle tacos with sliced avocado! More calories than I usually eat for dinner...but ohmygosh avocado <3<3<3
