    No idea what's for dinner tonight, but this was last night ...

    Woolworths Chicken Mince - Chicken Mince, 115 g 
    Coles - 90 Seconds Basmati Rice, 106 g 
    Corn - Sweet, yellow, raw, 36 g 
    Beans - Snap, green, raw, 45 g(s) 
    Carrots - Raw, 32 g(s) 
    Maharajah's Choice - Dhal Tadka, 141.5 g

    It was both yummy and filling!! :)

    Oh, and the veg were steamed.

    YUM!! And a total of only 259 calories!!

    I had a turkey burger cooked with some teriyaki and topped with pepperjack, two slices of bacon, and some avocado with some peas on the side.

    Made a big salad with baked chicken, sun dried tomatoes, red onion and fresh grated Parmesan. Topped with a drizzle of olive oil, basil, sea salt and balsamic vinegar.
