    You're AWESOME! Congratulations on your transformation so far - your hard work is evident. Such an inspiration!! And like another poster said - you'll be SO thankful you're making this change now. I'm 33 and sure do wish I'd done this 5-6 years ago.

    you look great i just started seeing a dietian i exercise on wii fit plus everday .i do water arebics three days a week set in a sauna .i write down every thing i eat . i only drink water ice tea and skim milk
