Protein in my coffee

i buy a store brand GNC Whey Protein and WISK 1/3 scoop in my morning coffee. I usually have 3 cups, so I get 1 full scoop every morning.

    I use Genepro in my coffee, one tablespoon is 30 grams of protein, 98 calories, and 1 carb. No taste, dissolves, not graining. It does turn liquids a little milky.
