My tip is that you can't lose 30 pounds by June.0

Aside from the standard? Diet, exercise, sleep? Not that I can think of. If you are lacking motivation, that is a different topic. Depending on how much you have to lose, 30lbs could be achievable. However, if you have 30 lbs left to lose, probably not. I'm down 55 with 25-30 ish left. I'll probably achieve this goal before the year is over but I'm not setting a deadline. Your body is unpredictable. Since I started, I have had two plateaus totaling 52 days. It is frustrating but even if you do everything right, there is no guarantee your body will cooperate. Don't get caught up in maintaining deadlines, you'll get there eventually.0

I lost the fifty in three months I am happy with my progress but just want to look super hot by summer but as long as I get to my goal eventually I am happy after my third kid I was almost 290 I am now at 230 and want to at least get out of the 2's0

Gosh, that summer. So surprising. Who would have guessed it happens every year?0

Aaahhh gotcha. Getting under 200 is a huge accomplishment. I started at 226 and I'm at 170 now (6.5 months). Everyone's body is different. My weightloss slowed down in January but people that I started with continued with a steady loss. Just be careful not to cut corners. It will seriously set you back in the long run.0

Thank u im gonna work harder I will be happy with any loss by june to be honest congrats on your weight loss good night all0

Genuinely, congratulations on your weight loss so far. What i think many people don't realise is that weight loss slows down as you lose weight. (unless you drop your calories really unhealithy low). As you get smaller you need less energy to maintain- so your defecit gets smaller and smaller.
I had a freind who thought that as she had been losing about 14lbs every 2 weeks, she would continue this right up until her goal- like the last 14 lbs would drop off in 2 weeks. The reality was very different- so much so that it really frustrated her and she gave up. (It took me 3 months to get rid of the last 14lbs)
Don't give up if you are not making the losses you expected- you will still reach your goal in the end.0
