Working 3rd shift

Just had a question about how to track food while on 3rd shift. Is it best to track midnight to midnight or should I track from when I get up until I go to bed. Obviously my breakfast, lunch and dinner times are way off from a normal day. Another issue is when I wake up around 3pm on Thursday I usually do not go to bed until Friday around 9pm. I do this to get back on a "normal schedule with the family.

im a nightshifter too I found it easier and more accurate with the odd schedule to go midnight to midnight. If not your calories will get mixed up between the 2 days and its harder to stay on track0

I also do the midnight to midnight thing. It seems to be the easiest. Working midnights and keeping a schedule is rough. I've started working out when I get off work cuz I'm wound and can't go right to bed... Plus there is no way I can seem to push myself outta bed to workout b4 work... Sucks really0
