Advice needed

I have been trying to lose fat lately with calorie reduction and added fitness. 15,000 steps a day and weight training.

I can't seem to get rid of any lower an fat. Any advice?

    How long have you been eating at a deficit for? It takes a while.... Just be consistent and keep going!

    which lifting programme do you use? do you weigh everything you eat with scales?
  • Personally, I think your body's fine as it is, but you should start noticing a difference soon. Even if you can't see much with your eyes, you'll feel better in no time. :)

    It takes a while. When I perform my best as far as exercise and diet goes, I only lose a total of 1% bodyfat a month. Patience is where it's at.

    1% a month! Damn! I'm on day 29 (from first picture to second) of 1500 diet and burning around 300/400 a day. I know it's early days but I've just seen improvement everywhere but that one spot
