Personally, I think your body's fine as it is, but you should start noticing a difference soon. Even if you can't see much with your eyes, you'll feel better in no time.0

It takes a while. When I perform my best as far as exercise and diet goes, I only lose a total of 1% bodyfat a month. Patience is where it's at.0

1% a month! Damn! I'm on day 29 (from first picture to second) of 1500 diet and burning around 300/400 a day. I know it's early days but I've just seen improvement everywhere but that one spot0
