Hey,
I'm not new here, but having a bit of a fresh start after having fallen off the wagon over the last nine months or so. Back on it now, happy for any new friends to support and be supported by, from UK or elsewhere. I hope to lose about 4 or 5 stone eventually, but one day at a time. I lost around 5st a couple of years ago but sadly have put a chunk of it back on, so it's getting over that psychological hurdle of failure. I'm feeling good this week though.
I track my food meticulously and just keep within MFP's calorie targets (and try to keep within fat targets but don't always do it). I use fitbit and walk a lot. I used to run but it'll be a while before I get back into that.

HI Matt welcome back...its a start and a good one too...like you know you can do this it just takes time, effort and commitment. Friends on here are good so add away as I am interested in other UK menus as a lot of folk on here aren't UK based...good luck..!!0
