Wild rice, onions, carrots, kale, raisins, soy sauce, olive oil, black beans, and sunflower seeds.

Those are my staples. Anything else is considered a treat.

ETA: Pea protein isolate (or whey).

Well that's kind of hard not knowing what you like, dislike, are allergic to, etc.

Things that are usually on my regular list, for me personally are:

GreatValue (Walmart) brand French Vanilla Greek Yogurt in the 32 oz tub (because it's the best tasting one I found, for my tastebuds, lots of protein per serving, and it's cheaper than buying individual cups.)

Whole Grain Total Cereal - to crumble and put on my yogurt. It has great vitamin and nutrient content for only 100 calories per serving. I crush the whole bag of cereal with a rolling pin and add it to my yogurt for an extra boost and to help me meet my iron and other macros

Multi Grain Cheerios for snacking on while I watch TV. Great for helping add some more iron to my day, plus a little extra fiber. They are sweeter than original Cheerios without being too calorie-dense.

Fresh strawberries, Gala apples, bunch of small bananas

Fresh baby spinach, broccoli slaw, cole slaw mixes, various frozen veggies

    Sweet Potatoes for baking

Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks
    - only 45 calories per dog, and 6 grams of protein each, and they're kosher which helps me feel better about eating hot dogs...

A few Lean Cuisines or other variety of frozen meal/entrees to have in the freezer or to take to work in case I get "stuck" and can't think of anything good. I opt for the ones that feature the highest protein count for the lowest calories - which is to say I avoid the pasta-heavy ones as much as I can.

Oh and I opt for extra lean ground beef, and skinless chicken breast as my main go-to meats. I occasionally buy a porketta for the crock pot.

I also like to get Cheez Waffies for when I'm feeling decadent.

*Fresh Veggies (whatever kind you like and will eat) *I'd say 1/2 my cart is fresh produce every week
    *Fresh Fruit
    *Sweet Potatoes/Baking Potatoes
*Fresh Garlic (Roasting the above fresh veggies with olive oil and garlic is amazing)
    *Quinoa
    *Brown Rice
*Fresh Fish (I love them all, but whatever you like)
    *Boneless Chicken Breasts
    *Eggs
    *Bacon
    *Olive Oil
*Greek Yogurt (the stuff with the fruit, I can't stand plain)
*Almond Milk (or milk in general)
*Cheese (I love feta, shredded colby jack, etc for salads)
    *Cottage Cheese
    *String Cheese
    *Sour Cream
    *High Fiber Granola Bars

These are things that are constantly on my list. Other people would say canned tuna too but I'd rather starve...LOL

I also second ice cream - it's my guilty pleasure treat, but I do make sure to weigh it and make sure it fits in.

I am not one for "diet" versions of anything, but I will say the line of Weight Watchers popsicle/ice cream bars are pretty tasty for only 100 calories each or so.
