Hi! I started using this app a little over a week ago but I could totally use some ideas. I seem to not be eating all my calories and I'm going over in my carbs, sugars and fats each day. Any snack or meal ideas would be awesome. Thank you

    Mix diet and working out and stay in numbers. It will fall off. GL Dan

    Hi. I used to live in Portage for about 6 years. Unsalted raw almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds are pretty good snack options.

    Dramos 1961 my work outs are giving me more calories to eat but I don't know what to eat that doesn't make me tip over in the sugar/carbs/fat area!!
