This is my first go with MFP. Looking for people with similar goals to share with along this trek. I'm 5'10 and looking to drop about 35 lbs and get very fit. That is the ultimate goal. I dropped about 40lbs a couple years ago and gained 20 back because I got lazy and I guess at my age laziness is not an option. My metabolism is snail like.
I'm very competitive so once I get out of my ridiculous rut... ill be a good workout partner/ motivator even at a distance.

  • Hi! Ive just signed up to help keep myself accountable with what Im eating and exercising every day. Similar goals to you, approx. 25lbs to loose, and have been in a rut for a while. Would be great to motivate each other!
