I'm a Spark lover. What other products do you like?

I'm honestly not a fan. I feel like they are overpriced and don't really do anything for me that just eating healthy and exercising can't do!

To each his/her own, guys! I like the extra boost... not to replace my food. Any one else??

Nope, tried it. Hated Advocare, and how they try to get you to believe you need to spend an assload of money to lose weight and have energy. I can drink regular coffee with a teaspoon of sugar and get the same amount of energry as Spark provides, without all the artificial sweeteners and random crap, for a lot less money

My friend sells it and I've been wanting to try Spark but I can't bring myself to spend $50 for a drink.

I love Spark! It's comparable to one cup of coffee, but the difference it provides a lot of vitamins and minerals that you don't get in coffee! It's never left me feeling jittery, but more focused and able to get my work done! If you compare the price it is less per serving than buying coffee everyday or an energy drink such as monster or red bull!

And if you drink coffee and eat healthily wouldn't it be pointless?

I'm off to look this crap up

Well, they call it a herbal cleanse. But yes, yes there is.

Or do you mean a detox from Advocare? Because that's called "Pizza" :D

I'm guessing (s)he posted something by accident and the full stop was to remove it. Hearts_2015 has already posted in this thread before, so it wasn't to get updates.

I fell into the shiney-new-toy trap of Advocare once upon a time. And then I realized that I would rather pay my rent than spend ridiculous amounts of money on products that I didn't feel did anything for me. I still have a box of vanilla MRS in my cupboard because it tasted like feet and had the texture of something way too inappropriate to mention here.

As for Spark? Meh. Tasted ok... but I didn't get any 'ZOMG! ENRGY!' feelings from it like most people tout. And I'm pretty sure it's just a weak pre-workout anyway.

Also... Advocare was telling me to drink Spark instead of coffee in the morning.

I'm sorry... but no. You can pry my morning coffee from my cold, dead hands.

And that sums that up. Someone I work with did it for a short time and while she did lose a few lbs, she would of ANYWAYS due to the brutal dietary restrictions. Its kind of a sham, IMO, like most every other thing like that. Just eat smart and stay active and amazingly, without checmicals and goofy programs you'll end up fine. :)
