I'm all over the board....50 Cent, Nick Jonas, Godsmack, Lenny Kravitz, Jessie J, Skillet, Def Leppard, Terrance Trent D'Arby....you get the idea. When I deadlift, though, it's always Godsmack.0

I only listen to muzak when I run, so I like something with a moderate beat and tempo, like the Ministry of Sound annual compilation albums.0

I listen to mostly dance or club music playlists on my spotify when running outdoors. Anything with a fast beat and decent bass tends to get me working harder. Plus I love to dance and can't resist a good beat.0

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I listen to Spanish reggaeton pit bull, aventura, Calvin Harris, icona pop, tyga, Beyonce, Britney spears, Mexican corridos, and on and on. and sometimes during my cardio I watch Bones or Blacklist lol0
