ive tried different avenues but I discovered I'm the only one that can make a difference. I'm signing up for water classes because the is what I enjoy doing. Paula

Same here....years of battle with food and weight. It is just like alcohol and drug addiction, except my case is with food, but it's not bad enough so no professionals take me seriously. Yes, I tried eating disorder specialists, contacted rehab facility, tried fitness/ nutrition coaches. I'm neither fat nor thin enough so they all told me I look fine, I should love my body the way it is. Anyone have similar issues?0

I'm more on the larger side. I'm blessed with a new job and they hired me due to my skills. My mean aunt tired to convince me I was to fat to get a real job. So yes I understand your frustrations.0
